Classes will be provided over the Zoom platform. Please register by completing the form at the bottom of the page.

Stretch and strengthen your body and enjoy the benefits of relaxation as you practice from a seated position or use the chair for support to try different yoga poses. Plus, learn poses that will wake up the muscles in the body to help you feel stronger. Classes are taught through Blossom Yoga Pilates.
