Sweetness & Strength is offering online yoga classes over the Zoom platform. Please register by completing the form at the bottom of the page.
Payments can be made on the web site or by sending an e-transfer. Email Lisa@sweetnessandstrength.com for information on sending an e-transfer. Other payment arrangements can be made due to financial circumstances. Email Lisa to discuss further.
Chair Yoga – Sundays at 10 am (45 min) – drop-in
Stretch and strengthen your body and enjoy the benefits of relaxation as you practice from a seated position. This class is suitable for those with low mobility. Variations in poses are provided, so that participants can work within their abilities.
Stand up and Stretch – Wednesdays at 5:15 pm, (30 min) – drop-in
Stretch and strengthen your body while practising Yoga flows, as well as standing and balancing poses. This class is suitable for those looking to incorporate more movement into their day.
Teen Yoga Leadership – Intentionally Me – schedule TBD
This 8-week session focuses on moral restraints such as non-harming, truthfulness, non-stealing, and finding moderation. Participants reflect on values and learn how to establish a home practice for yoga. This class is suitable for ages 12 – 17. This class will be offered virtually over the Zoom platform. A workbook will be dropped off or mailed out prior to the start of the session. (Additional charge for participants living outside of Ontario to cover the cost of mailing.)
