Stand up and Stretch – Mon. Mar. 1 – Mar. 22, 5:15 pm (30 min)
Stretch and strengthen your body in this 30 minute Yoga class with standing and balancing poses. This class is designed for you to practice in limited space with limited or no props.
Chair Yoga – Tues. Mar. 2 – Mar. 30 1 pm (45 min) (no class on Mar. 9)
Stretch and strengthen your body and enjoy the benefits of relaxation, as you practice from a seated position. This class will be taught by Andrea at Blossom Yoga Pilates.
Teen Yoga Leadership Program – Tues. Apr. 6 – May 25, 2021, 7:00 pm (45 min)
Intentionally Me – This 8-week session focuses on moral restraints such as non-harming, truthfulness, non-stealing, and finding moderation. Participants reflect on values and learn how to establish a home practice for yoga. This class is suitable for ages teens and tweens. This class will be offered virtually over the Zoom platform. A workbook will be dropped off or mailed out prior to the start of the session.
