Classes will be provided over the Zoom platform. Please register by completing the form at the bottom of the page.

Payments can be made on the web site or by sending an e-transfer. Email Lisa@sweetnessandstrength.com for information on sending an e-transfer. Other arrangements can be made for payment due to financial circumstances. Email Lisa to discuss further.

Stretch and strengthen your body in poses specific for arthritis and other conditions. Chair options will be provided along with standing options using the chair or wall for support.
