Stretch and strengthen your body and enjoy the benefits of relaxation as you practice from a seated position. This class is suitable for those with low mobility. Variations in poses are provided, so that participants can work within their abilities.
Stand up and Stretch – Fri., Sept. 17 – Oct 1, 12:15 pm (30 min)
Stretch and strengthen your body while practicing Yoga flows, as well as standing and balancing poses. This class is suitable for those looking to incorporate more movement in their day.
Yoga with Lisa – Town of Whitby – Wed., Sept. 15 – 29, 7 pm (1 hour)
Join me for virtual classes through the Town of Whitby 55+ Recreation program. Practice yoga poses that emphasize flexibility and relaxation. Variations in poses are provided to suit participant needs. This course is suitable for all participant levels. Register at Town of Recreation 55+ Recreation.
