Online Classes

Sweetness & Strength is now offering online yoga classes over the Zoom platform. Please register by completing the form at the bottom of the page.

Payments can be made on the web site or by sending an e-transfer. Email Lisa@sweetnessandstrength.com for information on sending an e-transfer. Other payment arrangements can be made due to financial circumstances. Email Lisa to discuss further.


Chair Yoga – Sun. July 11 – Aug 1, 10 am (45 min)

Stretch and strengthen your body and enjoy the benefits of relaxation as you practice from a seated position. This class is suitable for those with low mobility. Variations in poses are provided, so that participants can work within their abilities.

Stand up and Stretch – Mon. July 12 – Aug 2 5:15 pm (30 min)

Stretch and strengthen your body in this 30 minute Yoga class with standing and balancing poses. This class is designed for you to practice in limited space and with limited or no props.

Yoga with Lisa – Town of Whitby – Wednesday July 7 – August 4, 7 pm (1 hour)

Join me for virtual classes through the Town of Whitby 55+ Recreation program. Practice yoga poses that emphasize flexibility and relaxation. Variations in poses can be provided to suit participant needs. This course is suitable for all participant levels. All Ages Yoga – Town of Whitby – Thursday June 3 – 24, 7 pm (1 hour)
