Teen Yoga Leadership Program – please inquire
Youth learn body and breath awareness, refine yoga poses, and learn yoga philosophy in a positive and co-operative environment meant to build leadership skills. Suitable for ages 12 to 16.
In the Intentionally Me session, youth learn about the first limb of yoga, Yama (self-restraint). Through breath work, mantras, mudras, reflection, meditation, and poses, teens learn how to create body awareness and how to establish a home practice.
